Pago, a six-month-old Dalmatian puppy from the Croatian island of Pag has recently gained media attention for his unique souvenirs.
The souvenirs, which include t-shirts, mugs, gift boxes, and pillows, feature the likeness of Pago and his distinctive spots, paying homage to the beautiful Dalmatian breed and the island of Pag in Croatia.
What makes these souvenirs particularly special is that a portion of the proceeds goes towards supporting animal shelters across Croatia.
Dalmatians are known for their loyalty, intelligence, and cheerful dispositions, and this initiative aims to promote their breed while giving back to their less fortunate four-legged friends.
The concept was created by Kristina Alaburić, with the final touches added by a team from the island of Pag. The visual design was done by Jelena Zekanović, with printing by Creativa studio and the model for the shoot was Lana Perković.
“Unfortunately, there are not many Dalmatian dogs in Croatia today, so walking with Pago and seeing how much attention he attracts and how much children and tourists actually love him, was how the idea was born. Everyone in Pag already knows his name,” Kristina told us.
These souvenirs can currently be found in souvenir shops in Pag, Novalja, Zadar, and Split. The initiative showcases the beauty of the island of Pag, the charm of Dalmatian dogs, and the importance of giving back to animal shelters in need.
