Coffeeness have conducted a Google search volumes analysis for 21 coffee types over the past 12 months to uncover the most popular coffee drinks worldwide for 2024.
The study reveals that the most popular coffee drink currently in Croatia is the cappuccino and espresso.
A cappuccino typically consists of equal parts of espresso, steamed milk, and milk foam. The espresso forms the base of the drink, providing a strong and concentrated coffee flavor. Steamed milk is then added, which adds a creamy texture and mellows out the intensity of the espresso.
Finally, the drink is topped with a layer of milk foam, which can be shaped into various designs or patterns by skilled baristas.

Methodolgy
In the study, 21 different kinds of coffee, including favorites such as cappuccino, affogato, espresso, latte, macchiato, iced coffee, Irish coffee and other types were looked at.
To get the information, they checked how often people searched for each type of coffee in different countries around the world. Data from both English searches and searches in the languages spoken in those countries was included.
